Scrapped 1.4 colors

I scrapped the entire issue before doing editing, the white panel was supposed to have an article displayed in it and there were going to be some gradients happening but I decided the entire issue just wasn't up to snuff.

...and that this story wouldn't work as an issue-by-issue sort of story but whatevs
